2. Service Fees
Fees are based on the scope and requirements of the services agreed upon with the client. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payments relating to completed or actively performed services may not be refundable.
3. Cancellation Before Work Begins
If a client requests cancellation before work has started, the parties may discuss whether a refund is appropriate based on the circumstances, work already performed, third-party costs, and other applicable commitments.
4. Cancellation After Work Begins
Once work has begun, fees may be non-refundable to the extent that services have already been performed or resources have been committed to the project.
5. Digital Services and Deliverables
Digital marketing services may involve strategy, research, consultation, creative development, campaign preparation, content creation, website work, advertising management, or other work performed specifically for a client. Because these services may involve work performed specifically for a client, completed or performed services may not be eligible for a refund.
6. Third-Party Costs
Certain projects may involve third-party platforms, advertising services, software, domains, hosting, media purchases, or other external costs. Third-party charges are generally subject to the refund policies of the applicable third-party provider and may not be refundable by DAN PAY HUB LLC.
7. Advertising Budgets
Where advertising services are provided, advertising spend paid to third-party advertising platforms is separate from service fees. Amounts already charged or spent by third-party advertising platforms may not be refundable by DAN PAY HUB LLC.
8. Refund Requests
If you believe a refund should be considered, please contact us as soon as possible with your name, business information, relevant service or project details, payment information, and the reason for your request.
9. Review of Refund Requests
Refund requests are reviewed based on the circumstances of the specific transaction, services performed, applicable agreements, work completed, and any non-refundable third-party expenses.
10. No Automatic Refund
Submission of a refund request does not automatically create an entitlement to a refund. Each request will be considered based on the applicable circumstances and agreements.
